Mr. Fletcher is a member of Onsager, Staelin & Guyerson, LLC. His practice focuses primarily on business and commercial bankruptcy law. Mr.
Fletcher specializes in the representation of debtors and creditors, including governmental entities, in workouts, restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings.
Prior to joining with Onsager, Staelin & Guyerson, Mr. Fletcher was associated with Jessop & Company, P.C., where he gained significant
experience representing airport and taxing authorities in airline bankruptcies, including the United, Northwest, Delta and Frontier bankruptcy cases. His
bankruptcy experience also includes representation of a debtor in the successful reorganization of a large organic farm, representation of trustees
in various bankruptcy-related litigation and representation of DIP lenders.
From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Fletcher worked for a large Denver law firm, where he assisted with several large telecommunication mergers.
Mr. Fletcher is a native of Colorado. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Northern Colorado in
Greeley, Colorado in 1990. He received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1997 from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, where he was elected to the Order
of the Barristers.
Mr. Fletcher is admitted to practice in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado, the U.S. District Court, District of Colorado, and the 10th
Circuit Court of Appeals.
